As collectors and people who appreciate toys and collectibles, we ship with great care and attention. We cannot however be responsible for packages damaged in transit, or from accidental damage by yourself. We try to choose the best quality product from those we receive from manufacturers, however, some products may have running and varying paint applications or packaging changes/quality control issues that we cannot be responsible for.
That said, you may return most new, unopened, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping costs). The return date by which you can return is based on each individual product purchase date and item within your order, not the date by which you receive it. Opened items or sealed cases then opened cannot be returned for a refund.
How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item, simply contact us with details, to obtain a return authorization. We will then advise of the process and address by which to return your item/s. Once received, we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've processed the returned item. When returning the item, sufficient and appropriate packaging/protection must be added to ensure items are returned to us in thier original condition.
Time required to process a refund.
You should expect to receive your refund from us within 2-3 days of us receiving your package. Please note depending upon your financial institution there may be an extended time it takes your bank/credit card company or PayPal to process our refund request to you (normally 5 to 10 business days).
