No, when an item opens for pre-order, we don't always have the full details on availability. Generally speaking, the estimated arrival date is accurate. However, it’s not uncommon for manufacturers to miss dates of delivery, namely Hasbro. You can always check the product item page for the most up to date information on availability.
We do not capture funds or do pre-authorizations during checkout. For pre-order items you will be charged when your item arrive in stock. If you have additional items that have yet to arrive we will hold those in stock items until all items from your order arrive. NOTE: paying by PayPal requires the full amount to be paid upfront so we encourage you to use a credit card to secure your pre-order.

Yes of course you can combine in stock and pre-order items. We will charge you for the in stock items and hold them until the pre-order items arrive. Note, if you wish for your in stock items to ship immediately then place a separate order for in stock items only.
You'll be charged as the items arrive in stock and we will hold your order and ship once all items have arrived and are in stock. The shipping amount you are charged during check out is based on a single package. If you wish for your items to ship as they become available then you must place a separate orders.
We begin filling pre-orders the day we receive the items. We process and ship orders 7 days a week so in most instances you can expect to receive your shipping notification in one or two business day.
